Mercury Hampton is supporting a well-established contractor delivering major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued workload, we are recruiting a Site Agent to take full responsibility for the safe, timely and efficient delivery of site operations.
The RoleThe Site Agent will lead site delivery, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Full responsibility for site delivery and performance
- Management of Site Engineers, Supervisors / Foremen and subcontractors
- Implementation and adherence to HSQE management systems
- Promotion of a strong safety culture across site activities
- Hold and apply a Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator ticket
- Monitor programme, productivity and quality
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager ...
