We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a company based in Burton On Trent on a full or part time and temporary to permanent basis.

Salary:
Circa £25-26,000 pro rata, per annum

Full time or part time hours to be considered i.e. 5 or 3 days per week 8:00 - 4:30 or alternatively 5 hours per day Monday to Friday (In addition to these hours, you may be expected to occasionally work a reasonable amount of overtime when required)

About the role:

· Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages

· Supporting accounts team when required.

· Organising meetings, scheduling appointments

· Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance

· Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information

· Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

· Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, organising company events, and making travel arrangements for staff.

· Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and databases, adhering to data protection guidelines.

· Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, and providing general support to management and other departments

· Support Quoting & Sales as and when needed in creating quotes and customer liaison

About you:

· Computer literate

· Well organised

· Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

· Good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written

· Good initiative to recognise and prioritise work tasks

· Good team player
