Customer Service Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Executive to join a growing and supportive team based in Burton upon Trent. This is a varied role combining customer service and sales support, offering excellent career development for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing :

* Providing outstanding customer support via phone and email

* Managing customer records and forms accurately using Excel and CRM systems

* Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently

* Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers

* Coordinating orders, samples, and deliveries with internal teams

* Experience in customer service, sales support or order processing

* Confident using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
