Position: Digital Platforms & E-Commerce Coordinator
Are you ready to take ownership of digital platforms and lead a forward-thinking e-commerce strategy? We're looking for a Digital Platforms & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our client to optimise their online presence and deliver a seamless, engaging user experience aligned with global marketing goals.

In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind the digital strategy – from managing websites, e-commerce platforms, and apps to leading online campaigns and customer journeys. You'll combine technical know-how with strategic insight to increase engagement, drive sales, and deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the execution of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and boost online conversion.

* Manage and optimise digital platforms including websites, online store, learning tools, and mobile apps.

* Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and user-friendly.

* Monitor customer journeys to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and new customer acquisition.

* Use analytics tools to report on performance, identify trends, and drive informed decisions.

* Support the wider UK and global marketing strategy with an omnichannel approach.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience managing digital platforms in a marketing or e-commerce environment.

* Proven track record in SEO, Google Ads, PPC, social media marketing, and UX optimisation.

* Skilled in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

* A digital-first mindset with an eye for detail and user experience.

* A full UK driving licence – occasional travel to marketing events is required.
