Business Sales Representative

Due to our continued expansion, including the successful purchase and integration of the Stanton’s Ilkeston site into the Willshee’s portfolio, Willshee’s Waste & Recycling Ltd are looking to recruit a New Business Sales Representative to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Sales Representative to drive growth by developing and acquiring brand-new commercial customers for our waste and recycling services.

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to exceed new business revenue targets
• Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Solution-oriented with a commercial mindset

• Identify and target potential commercial customers within assigned territory
• Conduct outbound cold calls, site visits, networking, and digital prospecting
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and exceed activity metrics
• Assess customer waste needs through site audits and operational discovery
• Recommend tailored waste, recycling, and sustainability solutions
• Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and contract terms
• Lead the full sales cycle from first contact through close
• Update CRM with accurate forecasting and documentation

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Additional hours may be required from time to time to complete this role.
