Rate: £39 per hour

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Bury, based within the Children with disabilities service. The Service Lead is accessible as are the wider social care teams and there is a well embedded culture of trust and support within the service amongst the social workers and hierarchy.

Responsibilities:

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include managing complex caseloads, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of children with disabilities. You will work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi‑agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for the children. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance and support to less experienced team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and safeguarding policies.

Your role will also involve advocating for the rights and needs of children with disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of their care.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
