Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing general practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that truly values its people.

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, deliver high-quality accounting and tax services, and provide mentorship to junior team members. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.

As the Senior Accountant, you will be:

* Undertake various General Practice assignments, including accounts preparation and tax compliance services for a range of business clients (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies)

* Possess a solid working knowledge of UK GAAP and the required disclosures for both small and medium-sized companies

* Experience of using cloud-based accounting software

* Communicate with clients regarding their financial and business procedures

As the Senior Accountant, you will have:

* Strong communication skills

* ACCA Qualifications with 3 years of experience within a practice environment

* Ability to work effectively within a team

* Attention to detail

* Self-motivated and driven

* Ability to work well under pressure
