Produce high‑quality, accurate documentation, including client review packs and check packs, ensuring all information is compiled and presented to a professional standard.
Provide proactive, reliable support to Financial Planners and Directors, assisting with urgent queries and technical problem‑solving when required.
Manage all client correspondence with clarity and precision, coordinating policy analysis, liaising with providers, and maintaining a complete audit trail of all information shared.
Keep Financial Planners and internal teams informed of progress, managing issues as they arise and escalating concerns or complaints appropriately. Lead weekly review meetings to discuss priorities and resolve outstanding matters.
Prepare for and attend client meetings, presenting relevant sections such as cashflow modelling or CGT calculations when appropriate and approved by line management.
Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑meeting reviews, delegating tasks where suitable and ensuring meeting notes are issued promptly and all actions are completed within agreed time frames.
Support the development of junior team members by coaching, sharing knowledge, and helping them build skills that contribute to team efficiency and client service.
Build understanding of more complex financial products and contribute to the development of improved team procedures.
Work closely with platforms and providers to ensure client holdings are accurately maintained, including authorising platform actions, validating inputs, and processing instructions through the Client Instruction Queue.
Generate suitability letter templates and complete bespoke sections where possible, while helping other team members develop the capability to support this activity.
Experience required:
Experience in Financial Services administration gained in an IFA/Financial Service firm
Experience with producing accurate documentation
Keen interest in progressing within Financial Services
