• Conduct assessments and interviews to understand the claimant’s disability, condition, or illness and how it affects everyday activities.
• Carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face‑to‑face appointments.
• Analyse information critically to create accurate, concise reports.
• Interpret clinical information and evidence.
• Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct.
• Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional (Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists or Paramedics).
• Broad clinical knowledge.
• Experience using computer software including Microsoft Office.

• Nurses: Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD only) and Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
• Physiotherapists/OTs: Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist, Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of OT’s (COT).
• Paramedics: BSc or Qualified Paramedic and Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• £40,000.00 per annum.
• Permanent (Hybrid) full‑time – 40 hours per week inkomen Mon to Fri, 8:30am – 5pm.

• Upon completion of probation, the successful candidate will also be eligible for the company bonus scheme, allowing them to earn up to 10% of annual salary based on company and individual performance.
