Are you passionate about creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces? Do you want to play a part in solving the housing crisis by making neighbourhoods greener and more welcoming? If so, we are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Neighbourhood Gardener.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill and Cambridge
This is a field-based role and will require travel to our customers and properties, a company vehicle and tolls will be provided.
As a Neighbourhood Gardener, you’ll be part of a customer‑focused team dedicated to maintaining high standards in the places our customers call home. You’ll carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Strimming, hedge cutting, and mowing (ride‑on mowers)
- Litter picking and spraying
- Ensuring all equipment is used safely and responsibly
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Neighbourhood Gardener with the following experience and skills:
- Experience in the horticultural industry
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment
- A full UK driving licence
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams)
