Salary: £25,000-£27,000 base + performance bonus (OTE approx. £33,200)
Job Type: Full-time, weekend working on a rata basis

A prestigious luxury flooring retailer is seeking a professional and personable Showroom Sales Advisor to join their Suffolk team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a growing, high-end brand known for beautiful products, elegant showrooms, and exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the showroom team and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience. You will be confident engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email—adapting your tone seamlessly across communication channels.
This is a busy, hands‑on role that requires strong organisation, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritise effectively. A natural interest in design and interiors will help you guide customers through product options and create an enjoyable, luxury-focused showroom visit.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound sales enquiries and make outbound calls to the customer database
- Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and manage aftersales care
- Provide advice on suitability, sizing, pricing, and flooring options
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and customer notes
- Prepare and send sample requests
- Welcome customers to the showroom and build strong client relationships
- Ensure the showroom remains tidy, elegant, and true to luxury standards
- Provide refreshments during appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments with customers
- A friendly, confident, and professional communicator
- Experience in customer service or sales (showroom or retail desirable)
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for interiors
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support day-to-day showroom operations
