Industrial Treatment Sales Development Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Treatment Sales Development Manager to join our team based in Woolpit in support of our Anglian Water contract.
About the RoleAn opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Industrial Treatment Sales Professional with drive and ambition to be appointed within our well-established UK Drainage Depots. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and maintain as well as develop existing relationships.
Location: Woolpit
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Depending on previous experience + uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities- Driving, developing and managing business opportunities within the industrial water treatment division in support of Anglian Water.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
- Develop sales plans aligned with company objectives, monitor market trends, etc.
- Targeting and sourcing new business across the region.
- Attending site visits to evaluate work requested.
- Quoting for works quickly in accordance with costings.
- Proactively following up on quotations to secure business.
- Upselling to existing clients, maintaining relationships and understanding future needs to secure business.
- Managing your own diary, administration.
- Working closely with depot manager to achieve sales targets and forecasting.
- Travelling to various locations and regional training events & meetings.
- Attending sales events, networking events.
- Proactively selling the services through advertising campaigns and Linked In, etc.
- Business-to-Business sales experience essential.
- Ideally with the industrial wastewater treatment industry.
- Excellent work ethic who can go above and beyond to ensure the best service is delivered.
- Desire to succeed in a niche but highly rewarding market.
