This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of design services to the residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in Bury

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
- Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
- Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience managing projects across various sectors
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bury area
