Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. Acting as a trusted representative of Wizard Zero, you will educate both residential and commercial customers on the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the journey to energy independence.

Key Responsibilities- Build, develop, and maintain strong long‑term relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Identify and target new customer segments and growth opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and after‑sales support
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities

Office based - Ability to commute or relocate to Newport is required prior to starting
