About The Role

Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
- Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assist with daily activities in the home.
- Deliver compassionate care, ensuring residents maintain their individuality and dignity.
- Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attending safeguarding training, seeking advice and reporting concerns promptly.
- Assist with technology‑enabled digital care planning and adapt to learning new digital capabilities.
