** HR Advisor - 9-month FTC
** Support people, culture, and organisational success.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
** HR Advisor
** to join our team and provide high‑quality support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping to create a positive and engaging workplace culture.## ##
** The Role
** As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering day‑to‑day HR support and guiding managers through people‑related matters. You will:
* Provide first‑line HR advice to managers and employees across a range of topics including performance, absence, conduct, and wellbeing.
* Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and timely resolution.
* Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, helping to attract and integrate new talent.
* Manage HR processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great employee experience.
* Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
* Maintain HR systems and data, producing reports and insights to support decision‑making.
* Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and process improvements.## ##
** The Person
** We’re looking for someone who brings both capability and confidence to the role:
* Strong HR knowledge with experience advising on policies and procedures.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Sound judgement with the confidence to coach and challenge when needed.
* Organised and detail‑focused, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive and solutions‑focused, with a positive approach to change.
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable.## ##
