We are looking for a trusted and dependable team player, who can develop this role to provide support to all levels within the region, from Regional Manager to service specialists.

• Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time

• Working closely with the RMs/DMs to support our field based staff and both our internal and external customers
• Attend high profile customer meetings
• Manage new customer Rollouts within the region
• First point of contact for all queries, then agree communication and escalation as required
• Manage app compliance and access to portals for the region
• Manage work availability/cover
• Manage Job racks
• Manage Follow ups and trackers
• Minute meetings/HR
• Cover for District Managers
• Assist DM on safety compliance
