Great opportunity to work as a Food Production Operative for our client, a specialist in the dairy industry.
Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives in Oswestry.
The rate of pay is £15.11 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £22.67 per hour.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, and the hours of work are :
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
- Packing products into trays
- Erecting trays
- Working in a chilled environmentFailures
- Working as part of a team and adhering to health and safety rules at all times
- Follow the clean as you go policy at all times
- Fast paced line work is involved, as well as some target initiatives.
What We're Looking For :
- Manual Dexterity & Hand-Eye Coordination
- Cold Storage & Chilled Environment Adaptability
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Speed & Efficiency in Repetitive Tasks
- Physical Stamina
- Problem-Solving in Production Line Work
Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential.
