- Corso di formazione iniziale dal 01/12 al 10/12 con scopo assunzione a tempo determinato di 1 mese con successive proroghe.
- Modalit di fruizione del corso: in presenza - CCNL ANPIT BPO - LIVELLO D2 - Part-time 20 ore settimanali Sede di lavoro : CAGLIARI Responsabilit E’ richiesta una preferibile esperienza in contesti strutturati con profilazione Customer Care e forte orientamento nella gestione del cliente. Competenze I candidati che ricerchiamo, sono in possesso di: esperienza pregressa in contesti strutturati, forte orientamento nella gestione del client, disponibilit e flessibilit al lavoro su turni, buon utilizzo degli strumenti informatici, ottime capacit comunicative, La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
