Libertatem Healthcare invites you to support a client with complex needs in Caldicot, Monmouthshire.

£16.35 per hour weekdays, £16.96 per hour Saturdays, £16.85 per hour Sundays. Waking nights £16.35/17.60 per hour.

Hours:

Days 09:30 – 17:30, Nights 21:00 – 09:00.

Support a lady in her 20s with brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, learning difficulties, quadriplegia. Provide physical and emotional support to enable a full life.

• Assist with personalised routines, including use of hoists.
• Support daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.

• Female support worker with passion for care.
