** Product Specialist**, you play a key part in showcasing and promoting our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup. You’ll be the go-to expert for product knowledge, helping customers understand features, benefits, and capabilities through engaging conversations and hands-on demonstrations.

This role is all about creating confidence — ensuring every customer feels informed, valued, and supported throughout their purchasing journey.##
** What You’ll Do
**** Product Expertise & Demonstrations
*** Develop in-depth knowledge of our vehicles, features, and applications
* Stay up-to-date on new models, updates, and industry trends
* Deliver interactive product demonstrations that highlight key features and value
** Customer Engagement & Support
*** Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
* Provide clear, comprehensive product information
* Address questions and offer info in an easy-to-understand, engaging way
** Sales Team Collaboration
*** Partner with the sales team to support product presentations
* Offer expertise during sales meetings and customer appointments
* Contribute to product-focused sales strategies
** Training & Education
*** Conduct internal product training for sales staff
* Facilitate workshops to help customers better understand their vehicle (tech, features, etc.)
** Market Awareness & Feedback
*** Stay informed on competitor products and market trends
* Gather customer feedback and share insights with leadership to support product development
* Assist in creating product materials such as brochures and other collateral
** Plus:
** Miscellaneous duties as assigned - every day brings something new!## ##
** Qualifications
* ** Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to explain technical features in a clear, approachable way
* Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
* Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating great experiences
* Comfortable adapting to changing products and trends
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
* Automotive experience is a bonus, but if you bring passion, personality, and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!*##
