** What You’ll Do**##
** Used Vehicle Expertise & Demonstrations*** ## Develop strong knowledge of our pre-owned inventory across all makes and models* ## Understand vehicle features, condition, specs, safety, and value* ## Explain vehicle history reports and reconditioning details to customers* ## Deliver engaging demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits##
** Customer Engagement & Support*** ## Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs and budget* ## Provide clear, transparent information about each vehicle* ## Help customers compare options and make confident decisions* ## Answer questions in a friendly, approachable way##
** Sales Team Collaboration*** ## Work closely with the Used Car Sales Team to support customer appointments* ## Provide product insights during presentations and test drives* ## Contribute to strategies that improve customer satisfaction and sales success##
** Inventory Knowledge & Training*** ## Stay informed on new arrivals, price changes, and market trends* ## Assist in maintaining accurate online listings and vehicle descriptions* ## Participate in internal training to stay up to date on product knowledge##
** Market & Competitor Awareness*** ## Understand used vehicle pricing, demand, and competitor offerings* ## Gather customer feedback to support department improvements* ## Assist with creating product materials, photos, and videos as needed## Plus:

** Qualifications*** ## Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset* ## Strong communication and relationship-building skills* ## Ability to explain features and vehicle details in a simple, friendly way* ## Confident, personable, and comfortable working with a variety of customers* ## Customer-first mindset with a focus on transparency and trust* ## Ability to adapt quickly to new inventory and industry trends* ## Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record## Automotive experience is a plus - but if you bring passion, personality, and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.##
