Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Junior Superintendent supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Superintendent, the Junior Superintendent plays a key role in supporting Field operations on larger projects from planning through completion and may independently manage smaller projects or specialized areas.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Oversee Site Operations: Manage staffing, quality, safety, and subcontractor coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Plan & Schedule: Develop site logistics, project schedules, and look-ahead plans; determine construction methods and resources
• Lead & Mentor Teams: Hire, train, and guide foremen and field staff to ensure strong team performance
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce safety programs and adherence to drawings, specifications, and company standards
• Collaborate on Delivery: Support budgeting for self-performed work, resolve claims, and maintain strong relationships with project teams

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Background in construction management or related field (preferred)
• Skills: Proficiency in structural concrete, steel, and timber construction; scheduling, safety compliance skills; familiarity with construction software
• Experience: 4–10 years in construction with at least 2–4 years in a supervisory role; proven ability to manage projects up to $15M and lead mid-sized teams
