Custom Metal Contracting (CMC) and its field installation teams are growing! Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for Site Supervisors to join our growing team within the Panel/Cladding division. Ideally, this person is an energetic, forward-thinking individual with experience working within the construction industry, specifically related to building envelope estimating for façade panels and cladding scopes.

• Overseeing architectural cladding projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices on construction sites
• Working closely with project managers, field operations managers, and foremen
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Adhering to site-specific schedules and scheduling requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Cladding Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of architectural cladding processes, materials, and construction techniques (e.g., ACM, cladding, membrane, flashing, Longboard, or similar)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage 4–5 foremen concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools
• OSHA certification is a plus

• Someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience with the commercial facades or envelope systems
