Project Manager; Bridges), Infrastructure | General Contractor

Major infrastructure contractor seeking experienced and business-minded Project Manager (Bridges), who will manage unique heavy civil bridge construction projects ($100m+). The Project Manager (Bridges) will be responsible for all aspects of construction, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the project from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget. The role reports to the General Manager. Outpost Recruitment is excited to partner with our client on this full-time, permanent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record managing large-scale heavy civil infrastructure and transportation projects involving bridges, highways, underground utilities, earthworks, and structures. Strong industry relationships, leadership skills to inspire site teams, and the ability to perform under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

The Project Manager will oversee construction management from pre-construction to completion, providing leadership to a team of skilled labor, supervisors, and trades across one or multiple projects.

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree or diploma
• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil and bridge structure projects
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• P. Eng. or eligibility to obtain it
