Our established and growing client is seeking aSite Supervisorto oversee day-to-day site operations, staff supervision, and overall quality control—ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to bring their skills to a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have5+ years of residential site supervision experience(custom home building strongly preferred), along with strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the confidence to drive projects through to successful completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

• Oversee daily site activities from excavation through to project handover.
• Schedule and coordinate trades, deliveries, and inspections to keep projects on track.
• Enforce quality standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address safety, quality, and progress.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for trades, suppliers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Monitor materials and trades to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.
• Promote and enforce a strong culture of health and safety on site.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Experience:

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in residential construction required.
• Custom home building experience strongly preferred.

Skills:

• Proven ability to oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

Base Salary:$90,000 – 110,000 per year

• Salary based on experience
• Full benefits package included following probationary period.

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
