Our client, a global leader in the agriculture industry, is seeking an AP Customer Service Representative to support Accounts Payable operations in Calgary
. This long-term contract role focuses on resolving escalated AP issues through analysis and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated AP issues through detailed analysis and research
  • Use AP systems such as SAP and People Soft to identify and correct payment discrepancies
  • Review aged payables, coordinate refunds, and resolve open payment items
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet service level agreements
  • Communicate invoice, payment, and check status updates to stakeholders
  • Support process improvements and additional operational needs
