Insurance Customer Service Representative

Location: Calgary, AB

Compensation:

  • General Licensed Team Member: $50,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $60,000+
  • General & LLQP Licensed Team Member: $55,000 base salary + bonuses/SPIFF/travel incentives = Likely OTE of $70,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with billing, claims, and other inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through value-driven conversations.
  • Collaborate with a successful and supportive team after completing licensing and training.
  • Stay self-motivated in a role with minimal direct supervision.

Requirements:

  • A reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • Clean credit history (no items in collections, no bankruptcy in the past 7 years).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Ability to problem-solve proactively and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • A commitment to customer service excellence, even in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to pivot to additional products we offer for those customers who are fully protected.
