Overview

This interview-level position requires direct customer interface, administrative duties, and proactive sales promotion to generate incremental revenue.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, perform necessary administrative tasks, and promote continued sales opportunities. Operate in a fast‑paced, monitored environment while maintaining a "highly pressured" work style.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations and Fed Ex Express/ Ground products and services.
  • Successful completion of all basic and recurring training programs and mandatory testing.
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment.
  • Computer proficiency in a PC Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment.
  • For Quebec residents, bilingual (French and English) capability is required.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) with no more than two violations/accidents in the past 24 months.
