Talent Sphere has partnered with a dynamic Architecture and Design firm in Calgary to find a capable Contract Administrator to join their team. This firm has an excellent reputation for high‑end and unique design work and a strong portfolio encompassing projects across different sectors.

• Regular site visits locally and out of province

• Produce site reports, development permits, submittals.

• Handle certificates of payment, change orders, RFIs, RFPs.

• Review drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Liaise with contractors, subconsultants, project teams, and city officials.

• Travel required.

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related background.
• At least 2 years of contract administration experience in an architectural environment.
• Good knowledge of site work.
• Ability to negotiate, mediate with clients and contractors.
• High attention to detail.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly out of province.
