Talent Sphere has partnered with a dynamic Architecture and Design a firm in Calgary to find a capable Contract Administrator to join their team. This firm have an excellent reputation for high-end and unique design work and have strong portfolio encompassing work across different sectors.

THE JOB

This firm have a dedicated Contract Administration department and in the role you will be making regular site visits both locally and out of province, producing site reports, development permits, submittals and working with certificates of payments, change orders, RFI's, RFP's, and reviewing drawings in Revit and AutoCAD. In addition you will be liaising with contractors, subconsultants, project teams and city officials.

This is a dynamic role with travel required.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology or related Architectural background, and have at least 2 years of experience working with Contract Administration in an Architectural environment. Good knowledge of site work is required as well as the ability to negotiate and mediate with clients and contractors and a high level of attention to detail.

Flexibility to travel regularly out of province is required and the successful candidate must have their own vehicle.
