Profit Share Split:  70 : 30

EMR:  Telus Med Access

Clinic

Hours:

8am-7pm

Patients per day:  35-50

Team:  Consists of 4 Specialists, 5 GPs

Patient Panel:  1000+

PCN:  Mosaic PCN

Support Services:  As per PCN services

Near Transit:  Easy to access location and fully serviced
