A leading aerospace company in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking an experienced maintenance leader for flight tests. This role requires a valid Transport Canada AME License and a minimum of 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including significant leadership experience. The ideal candidate will manage flight test maintenance activities, develop processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MRO/ERP systems and possess strong communication skills.

A competitive salary of up to $150k is offered.
