Position: Pipeline Design Supervisor/Team Lead (Above Ground Pipelines)
Summary:
The Pipeline Design Supervisor/Team Lead (Above Ground Pipelines) is responsible for the supervision, coordination and delivery of all process, piping and mechanical deliverables in the Drafting and Design Department for Above Ground Pipeline projects. These include General Arrangements, Alignment Sheets, Plan and Profile drawings, PFD’s, P&’s, Plot Plans, Isometrics and associated 3D models.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and coordination of piping design activities for above ground pipeline projects.Input on schedules, man hour estimates and scope of work documentsOptimal use of resources, staffing levels and expertise, including resource allocation and hiring.Employee development and performance reviews.Monitoring of project deliverables to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.Review of drawings and designs for accuracy, completeness and consistency.Provide direction, guidance and training to the design team on standards and procedures.Prepare 3D models using Hexagon CADWorx and Bentley AutoPLANT 3D software.Lead internal and external 30/60/90 model reviews, participate in client meetings.Supervise the production of design drawings such Alignment Sheets, Plan and Profile drawings, PFD’s, P&’s, Plot Plans, General Arrangements, Isometrics and MTOs.Attend regular meetings with the Project Management Team.Support and development of global workshare initiatives.Key

Qualifications:
Must have Above Ground Pipeline experienceEngineering Design and Drafting Diploma15+ years’ of EPCM experience.
