We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer III to lead a design team in the dynamic petroleum refining and chemical process industry, focusing on innovative process design and optimization.

Role Overview

• Lead the development of basic process design specifications and oversee engineering contractor deliverables during project phases.
• Monitor and guide junior engineers in creating heat & material balances, design flow plans, and process equipment designs.
• Conduct process optimization studies to identify capital and operating cost savings and evaluate process configuration alternatives.
• Provide technical oversight for engineering contractor work to ensure adherence to company methods and project specifications.
• Participate in Hazard & Operability Reviews for new or modified facilities.
• Assist in commissioning and start-up of new or modified facilities as required.
• Establish organization and staffing processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Process Engineering:
  Strong background in process design and optimization.
• Technical Oversight:
  Ability to provide guidance on engineering deliverables.
• Adaptability:
  Capacity to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Software Proficiency:
  Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English for technical and business communications.

Education & Experience

• Degree: BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  Relevant experience in petroleum refining or chemical process industries.
