As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role as the technical liaison between various business units (Sales/Estimating, Project Engineering, Project Management, and more) and Quality/Manufacturing in our client's Calgary fabrication business. You ll be responsible for reviewing client contracts and specifications, providing summaries, and preparing technical risk registers. Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to become a key member of our client s fabrication business. Whether you are an experienced professional or a novice, this role offers a chance to learn from a leading team of professionals. You should have technical experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing process equipment and/or heat exchangers, including piping and structures.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree (preferred) with working knowledge of industry standards (ASME BPV, TEMA, API-660, API-661, and NACE).
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes, including heat transfer, pressure testing, x-ray welding, QA/QC, and NDE.
  • Extended skill sets, such as computer savvy, good communication, coordination, mechanical aptitude, and an understanding of codes and standards, are welcome and encouraged.
