** Calgary, Alberta The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) is recruiting a Summer Student to support our talented Compliance Assurance Team (CAT) within the Regulatory Compliance Branch. As a Student, Compliance Assurance, you will help deliver the AER’s compliance assurance program by working alongside compliance professionals to promote, verify, and enforce compliance across the province. This role provides valuable insight into the AER’s compliance processes and contributes to strengthening industry accountability and performance, ensuring the AER’s mandate is upheld.

Collaborate with team members on the tasks above, bringing a fresh perspective—your insights and suggestions will be welcomed and valued. An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative team player who contributes positively and makes a meaningful impact. Should an individual with the required qualifications not be available, applicants with closely related qualifications may be considered.
