What you’ll do:
The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.
Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
Providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
Responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of our Guests
Guest account maintenance
Point of Sale system maintenance
Maintain accuracy of price files
Complete Cash ups and Bank deposits
General office duties (answering phones, mail,
Process payments on account (AP)
Verify month end reports
Other projects and assignments as required
This position requires the use of equipment including computers, and other office equipment.

This is a full-time position, the candidate will have the ability to work days, with a possibility of some evenings and weekends for approximately 40 hours per week.
