We’re seeking trained Journeyman-certified Barbers or Hair Stylists, or those completing Apprenticeship. We want individuals with:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• In-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Flexibility for Shift Work

• Demonstrate high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting (clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and client-specific customization)
• Maximize retail opportunities through chair education with guests
• Provide great customer service consistently
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time-management and ability to juggle priorities
• Collaborate as part of the shop leadership team
• Participate in barber recruitment, retention, training, and management
• Retail and sales education with all team members
• Weekly and monthly reporting (Sales, KPIs, Payroll, etc.)
• Execute national promotions and campaigns
• Other duties as outlined by the Business Owner and/or Regional Manager
