• Journeyman‑certified Barber or hair stylist, or in final stage of apprenticeship
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Welcome customers and conduct thorough consultations
• Provide expert recommendations based on face shape and taste
• Demonstrate high‑quality technical skills (clipper cuts, fades, natural necklines, texturizing, customization)
• Build lasting relationships with loyal customers
• Maintain grooming stations and sterilize tools
• Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education
