We are seeking a talented Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park. Rate of Pay: $16.88/hour plus 18% gratuities and commission. Compensation can reflect $65+ per hour while massage services are being performed.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all massage, body and applicable add-on treatments offered on the menu according to protocols
• Discovers guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations
• Presents warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
• Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Assists with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning
• Maintains treatment room inventory and other organizational tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a massage therapist required
• Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College in a minimum 2200 hour program
• Must be registered in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta
• All professional licenses must be current
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including frequent standing and walking, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stairs

Work Requirements

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
