Talent Programs Manager

The Manager, Talent Programs leads integrated programs and frameworks supporting performance, development, leadership capability, and employee experience. This people leader connects talent strategy with organizational priorities across a global organization. The role partners with HR and business leaders to guide capability needs, program roadmaps, and outcomes.

• Translate Talent strategy into integrated program roadmaps and delivery plans
• Evolve competency, skills, talent mapping, and career frameworks
• Lead talent reviews, succession, performance management, and goal setting
• Use employee insights to improve programs and organizational priorities
• Lead, coach, and develop Talent professionals

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
• 8+ years of progressive Talent or Human Resources experience
• Broad expertise across performance, succession, development, and career practices
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical, influencing, digital, and program management capabilities
