Position: Part-time Int. ServiceNow Developer to create catalog items for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and support

Int. Service Now Developer to create catalog items for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and support development and administrative activates within the Service Now ITSM platform

** 25-30 hours per week, must be worked MST and set which days you will be available.

Must Haves:

5+ years technical Service Now
ITSM experience

Development, configuration, and administrative support of catalog items, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, integrations and UI

Strong understanding of ITIL best practices

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge of Service Now governance and development management practices

Experience integrating with SailPoint and Access Management

Responsibilities:

Develop and configure catalog items, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, integrations and UI components in Service Now

Participate in reviews of defects and new enhancements, providing technical design documentation

Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Service Now applications

Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace
