As Technology Architect, you will be part of a team that is customer obsessed - you will work on features that respond to customer needs and make data-driven decisions. Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining our software components and services. The location for this position is Mississauga, ON.
Skills & Experience Required   Must have at least 12+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
Dynamics 365 Techno functional with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, Portals and complex integrations using APIs.
Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
They should have a good technical understanding and good understand of Project management principles.
Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
Must have good knowledge on related Microsoft technologies that includes Power Automation, Power BI, Azure, etc.

Experience in troubleshooting and driving technical investigations
Mentoring Developers and participating in Company wide Initiatives
Solid communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills
Strong customer focus and confident in making critical decisions independently in a fast paced and demanding environment
Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated Annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 98486 to $ 123375
