What you will be doing:

You will work within an Agile development environment across our full technology platform –recognized as a Leader in the Gartner 2022 Magic Quadrant- to:

Design, build and improve our internal cloud infrastructure to offer our internal developers an Openstack / Terraform / Ansible hosting systems based on Hyper

V.

You will work in our Private cloud IT team and you will liaise closely with multi-discipline squads and other SRE’s to setup such infrastructure.

Proposal / development of solutions to aid modernization of existing processes and infrastructure, to maximize the scalability and availability of our platforms and services

Measure, monitor availability, latency and overall system health, and understanding trends and capabilities of the service as per of our key performance indicators. We need to have the platform up and running at all times.

You are aware of security constraints linked to our ISO
27001 certification and attached to the roles and responsibilities of this position.

Support implementation of secure design principles according to policies and standards of Information Security.

Requirements

Strong and demonstrable passion for constantly learning and continuously improving in familiarity with industry leading Dev Ops/SRE tools, best practices, and technologies.

Main responsibilities:

Design, document, install and maintain our SaaS application infrastructure

Work closely with operational and R&D teams, to understand requirements and pain points

Provide expertise and assist operational teams in their day to day activities

Detect and troubleshoot problems when they arise

You have 3 years+ experience in

Developing or operating mission-critical systems on virtulized environments

Installing and running containerized applications on Linux systems

Developping with and using orchestration tools such as Ansible

You have a working knowledge of some of the following technologies :

Docker containerization, from build to runtime (Compose or Swarm)

Monitoring and logging tools such as Elastic/Kibana, Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent

Databases such as Postgre

SQL, Oracle, Mongo

Networking and work with HTTP and proxies

IaC provisioning and tools, such as Terraform and Openstack

Programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.

Email sending and deliverability constraints (SPF, DKIM, Spamblock best practices)

PKI, Crypto and certificates management with ACME/Let's Encrypt

Experience working in distributed, multi-cultural teams

You speak English fluently, French a plus.
