Position: Junior to Intermediate Telecommunications Analyst to support VoIP communication

Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Telecommunications Analyst to support VoIP communication
.

This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Winnipeg and agreeable to a hybrid working model (3 days onsite minimum).

Must-Haves:

2+ years'
VoIP experience, including with MS Teams or Zoom connectivity

Experience with CIP/ Unified Communication

Recent experience supporting telecommunications across enterprise environments

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Cisco UCX (Unified Computing System X-Series)

Experience with Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH/SDC)

Key Responsibilities:

Support telecom project work (VoIP, Teams, Zoom environments)

Assist with implementations and cutovers, including after-hours support

Coordinate with internal business teams and multiple telecom providers

Provide troubleshooting and customer-focused support for technical and non-technical users

Contribute to process-driven telecom operations and documentation

Light mobile device support
