Position: Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide A/V meeting room system troubleshooting and general Microsoft 365

Our client is seeking a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide A/V meeting room system troubleshooting and general Microsoft administration support

Office located in Strathmore (will be in-office). Part time hours. May require some weekend and after-hour support when needed (up to 10PM on weekdays)

Must haves:

1+ years in a Service Desk Analyst role or Office Assistant focusing on A/V meeting room system troubleshooting (Hybrid meetings)

Experience with Microsoft administration

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear, friendly, and effective support to users

Nice to haves:

ITSM and IT compliance experience

Degree in Computer Science

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site A/V meeting room support, with in-person, and hybrid meeting attendees

Support general inquiries for Office

Provide holiday IT service desk coverage, as-needed basis.
