Job Overview

Infosys is seeking a Techno Functional Consultant / SME with Oracle R12 EBS Time and Labor implementation and support experience. The role involves business process consulting, solution design, configuration, deployment, and delivery team guidance. Candidates will shape consulting solutions that enable clients to meet global landscape changes.

Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite – Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR.
• Full life cycle implementation and support experience (2–3 projects).
• Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor and Global Payroll integrations.
• No employer-based visa sponsorship; authorized to work in Canada.

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with Oracle HR / Workday and integrations.
• Benefit interfaces, absence interfaces, payroll interfaces.
• Knowledge of Oracle Custom Reports and interface design.
• Strong testing, UAT, SIT, and conference room pilots experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Estimated annual compensation range: $92,701 to $107,185.
