Lead process mapping initiatives for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycleDocument end-to-end identity workflows including system interactions and provisioningSupport identity and access management process analysis within Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)Work within Microsoft ecosystem tools including Azure and Azure Dev OpsAnalyze data flows between identity systems and REM platformsCollaborate with security, cloud, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practicesTranslate business and compliance needs into clear documentationSupport delivery teams with process definitions and requirement validationCommunicate process changes and support adoption through clear documentation
