Our large, enterprise Oil & Gas industry client is seeking a Senior IT Change Management Advisor to support training, delivery, and change management efforts for cybersecurity initiatives
.
This is an initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Calgary and working onsite full-time (5 days/week).
Must-Haves:
8+ years in organizational change management, IT change.Organizational Change Management
Certifications:
Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalentFamiliarity with industry-recognized adoption frameworks;
Prosci/ADKAR certification or equivalent OCM experience.Nice-to-Haves:
Experience advising on cybersecurity-specific projectsExperience with Microsoft projectsOil and Gas industry experienceResponsibilities Overview:
Lead change management efforts for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Assess people impacts and develop tailored change plans through stakeholder analysis and project reviews.Implement strategic change plans aligned with business goals and project milestones.Manage and execute change deliverables and standardize OCM practices across the organization.Partner with the business and IT and technical stakeholders to design and deliver modern SharePoint experiences—including site information architecture, permissions, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks—while leveraging out-of-the-box Microsoft capabilities.Lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts to drive adoption, including stakeholder and impact analysis, communication planning, end-user training, and building champions networks with reinforcement strategies that promote long-term usage.
